  5. Stay Hydrated: Proper hydration can curb overeating and keep your energy levels up. Now that it is colder, we tend to drink less. Your body still needs water, just get it in.
  6. Mix It Up: We have good variety in our workouts each week and it plays a big role in keeping everyone engaged. Yes, body builders do the same workout every week to maximise strength and muscle growth but we are not about that life here.
