At Evolution, we do things differently. Our semi-private personal training is at the heart of what we do. It gives you the benefits of one-to-one coaching — with a fraction of the cost and a little extra support from those training alongside you.
What Is Semi-Private Personal Training?
Semi-private means you get a fully personalised workout built around your goals, your ability, and your fitness level. You’re coached through every session by an expert coach — who’s also guiding 1 or 2 others in the session. It’s focused, supportive, and results-driven.
Mary, one of our long-term members, summed it up perfectly:
“It’s great. I was a bit nervous of training with 2 other ladies but really it has been so great and I love meeting other members now, plus it brings down my investment each month vs personal training at another gym and I get the same results.”
Our small group coaching is another option that’s totally unique to Evolution. If you have some gym experience and want to make consistent, measurable progress like you would with personal training, this is perfect for you.

Every member gets a weekly check-in. You fill out a short weekend questionnaire, and one of our coaches will personally reply with tailored feedback, tips, and action steps for the week ahead.
