This weekend, myself and one of our members, Norman, took on a Hyrox doubles event.
Here’s the funny part — I only gave him five days’ notice.
No big build-up. No special prep. Just a quick, “Hey Norman, want to do Hyrox this weekend?”
And without hesitation, he said, “Yeah, let’s go for it.”
That right there is what real fitness looks like.

Norman didn’t say yes because he’s a professional athlete or because he’d been training specifically for Hyrox.
