When Sinead first joined Evolution Tralee, she wasn’t coming from a background of sports or fitness. Like many, she worked in an office, spent most of her day sitting, and had never done much exercise before. Motivation was low. Energy was even lower. And the thought of walking into a gym full of people lifting weights? Intimidating, to say the least.
