In June 2022, Oonagh Duggan joined Evolution Fitness with a primary goal: to improve her mental well-being. Today, we’re excited to share Oonagh’s fitness journey and the positive changes she has experienced since becoming a part of our gym community. We began by asking Oonagh what initially brought her to our fitness facility and if her experience met her expectations:
“I joined for my mental well-being, and yes, I felt included instantly. The community here is incredibly welcoming.”

Mental and Physical Strength
Oonagh’s fitness journey highlights the strong connection between mental and physical health. When we asked about the changes she has experienced, she shared:
“Mentally, I’m so much stronger, which was my initial goal. The physical strength I’ve gained has made my mind stronger as well. It’s been a holistic transformation.”
Proud Moments and Consistency
We asked Oonagh what she is most proud of in her fitness journey:
“I’m proud that I continue to show up for myself. During low points and stressful times in my life, training has been the one consistent thing I could do for myself. I’m really proud of that commitment.”
Looking Forward
Oonagh’s dedication to her fitness journey doesn’t stop here. She has clear goals and ambitions for the future:
“I want to continue gaining muscle and improving my mobility. These goals keep me motivated and focused.”
